Reports to: Production Manager
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Our production operators are the backbone of our UK manufacturing facility, and are essential in delivering the high quality, custom electronics that GTK is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Production of high quality, custom cable assemblies.
- Using a mixture of hand tools and automated machinery.
- Work within your dedicated team to complete varied production jobs.
- Utilise GTK's shop floor data collection tools to drive efficiency in production.
- Liaise with GTK's kitting and inspection teams to deliver high quality products.
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience in the manufacture of cable assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal departments.
- Ability to manage your own time to meet production schedules.
